Damon began his journey in metal arts more than a decade ago while becoming a self taught practical welder and blacksmith. Over the years he has broadened his range to include learning the art of knife making, which has quickly become a passion. Damon makes each knife by hand, and they are guaranteed to last your life time. Alfa Knife is a family owned and operated business proudly producing products made in the USA.

About Knives

Alfa knives are made of O1 tool steel. I profile, grind, heat treat, and finish all of my knives  by hand. My goal is to make custom knives of superior design and quality, while paying special attention to every detail. The grinds are convex sabre with the occasional scandi edge. Handle scales are made from a variety of types of micarta and g-10 for great feeling shape and lasting durability. Even in adverse conditions.
